Role, Responsibilities & Outcome
As Heritage Team Lead, the role involved directing documentation, condition assessment, and coordination with consultants. Conservation and adaptive reuse strategies were developed along with preliminary design proposals and cost estimates, creating a framework for sustainable museum development within the heritage context.
