Overview
A community engagement workshop was conducted at Pawan Sarovar in collaboration with a local school and Insync Theatre artists. The initiative focused on engaging young participants through creative expression, using art and performance as a medium to communicate the value of heritage.
Activities & Outcome
The workshop involved interactive sessions where project team members provided guidance and mentorship to students, fostering an environment of collaborative learning and participation. In a short span of time, students worked closely with theatre artists to conceptualize and prepare a performance reflecting the significance of local heritage.
The process included rehearsals, the use of props, and collective storytelling, encouraging students to interpret cultural values through creative expression. The workshop culminated in a live theatre presentation, complemented by a dance performance by local students, effectively conveying the importance of preserving both tangible and intangible heritage.
